Sports Bras
  1. Look for bras that encapsulate each breast in a separate chamber. They reduce bounce ad support better than simple shelf bras.
  2. Try to find sports bras that come in cut and band sizes.
  3. Look for strategically placed seams and stitching, which help cushion the breast.
  4. Pick high-performance fabrics that wick away sweat to minimize chafing.
  5. Own a variety of sports bras, and when in doubt, choose a higher-impact bra for a lower impact sport — never the other way around.
  6. Before buying, jump, swing your arms, move around. If a bra pokes, rubs, slips, jiggles, constricts your breathing, or bulges, put it back. Also, it should fit on the first hook; as it loses elasticity over time, you’ll need room to tighten it.
  7. Rotate your bras and wash them regularly so you can get at least a year’s use out of each one.

Medium-impact:

Spira assymmetrical (1200): full and separate cups for more covering and support. Satiny fabric feels great on bare skin.

High-impact:

Adidas (1600): Full support without feeling like your chest is being squished. Take it for a 10-K and the twins don’t get jiggled around.

Nike Airborne (1400): Reversible bra’s dri-fit fabric sucks up sweat like a sponge, so you need not worry about dripping a steam onto the gym floor.

Spices

Ginger also helps alleviate inflammation associated with muscle pain and arthritis

Cut a few sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Lightly cover the flesh with ground ginger, then bake as usual.

Allspice is NOT a blend of different spices. It’s a berry with hints of both pepper and cloves. It may help digestion, relive toothaches, and alleviate muscle pain.

Add a few berries to marinades or throw them into the pan when cooking chicken or pot roast.

Cinnamon enhances the natural sweetness of foods, so you can cut back on sugar while still satisfying your sweet tooth. It may also help control blood sugar levels.

Toss some nuts with a bit of oil, sea salt, and cinnamon and bake for 10 minutes for a delicious snack. Also sprinkle over baked aples and peaches for a fruit side dish.

Nutmeg is another natural accompaniment to both salty ad sweet dishes, it tastes like cinnamon with a touch of nuttiness. In animal siudes, compounds in nutmeg boosted mood.

Melt a touch of butter, add some nutmeg, and then saute spinach in it.
